The smallest denomination minted during the siege of Gdansk, in 1577, by the troops of Stefan Batory. The type was issued under the management of the mint by Kacper Goebel, a burgher of Danzig. Siege shillings were minted from very weak, 2³³ silver hence it is difficult to find well-preserved pieces. Here the numismatic deep and central minted. Wanted coin.
