A perfect piece in full 180 degree reverse with a very high grading note. Only 2 coins received a higher grade at NGC, but NGC does not distinguish between reverses in its tables. In collections of coins of the last century, struck by machine in large numbers, it is not the number of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it. There is no higher grade of gems than low-volume SAMPLES, and even rarer to them, created by accident, interesting minting errors (offsets, reverses).
