On January 1, 1995, denomination was being carried out in Poland, the Warsaw Mint, before introducing the new coins into circulation, made a number of test and proof mints. These coins are extremely rare today.
In the coin collections of the last century, minted by machine in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates its quality, but the number of gems in it. One of the highest grades of pearls are low-volume proofs and process proofs.
The stamping sample for the 5 gold coin. On one side Poniatowski's monogram, on the sides the date of the creation of the Warsaw Mint 17-66, around the rim an inscription in the rim MENNICA PAŃSTWOWA S.A. *1994*, on the reverse side the mark of the Warsaw Mint - MW, and an inscription in the rim PRÓBA TŁOCZENIA *B*. Sample occasionally appearing in the trade, mint condition. A piece with the inner ring reversed from the previous piece (in our opinion, the coin was created by swapping the inner ring of the obverse with the reverse). NOTE: Due to its similarity to circulating money, it is prohibited to use it as a token of payment.
