A very rare destruct in mint condition. Coin struck with stamps shifted about 220 degrees to the right. NGC does not distinguish twists in the tables, probably the highest grade for this degree of obverse to reverse twist. Coin in beautiful state of preservation. In collections of coins of the last century, struck by machine in large numbers, it is not the quantity of coins that indicates the quality of the collection, but the number of gems in it, which include the curious minting errors (offsets, twists, reverses) created by accident.
