On the obverse: crowned S in a pearl border, on the sides the letters I-F below the coat of arms Lewart in a cartouche; legend: SIG III D G R (Lewart) POL M D L, on the reverse in a pearl border crowned coats of arms, in cartouches, of the Crown and Lithuania, below the Snop of the Vasa in a cartouche; legend SOLIDVS R (Snopek) POLO 1591. Crown sheafs of Sigismund III Vasa, are exceptionally diverse coins minted at several mints, representing an interesting and still underrated collector's subject. Despite so far, not very high rarity ratings in catalogs, most of them are extremely difficult to collect due to poor minting in coinage silver - here a decently preserved piece in a fine patina.
