Text on the medal "Das Dankt ihm noch das evangelisch Neukirch 1818 Ritter Georgu Czedlitzfuehrt im 74 iahre sein alters die evangelisch lehre ein" Evangelical Neukirch (town) thanks Ritter Georgu Czedlitz in 1818 for introducing (to Silesia) evangelical teachings at the age of 74. "Bringtaus doctor Luthers munde dem vater Czedlitz gute kunde 1518". (Thanks) to Father Czedlitz brings good news from the mouth of Doctor Luther. As a matter of interest, Silesian nobleman Heinz Georg had 27 children at the time of his death, at the age of 108 he had 180 grandchildren. 43 mm. Very rare medal.
